The Bracelet has a 16cm internal circumference and the plastic is quite rigid. You have to slide the bracelet down your hand so itís mainly designed for petite ladies or adolescents.
Hold the B button to turn the device on and off.
Hold the B Button even longer to pair the device for Bluetooth.
The A button is used to cycle through time adjust mode, in this mode, the B button will adjust the time.
